Shipping Policy
We deliver to all postal addresses worldwide. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses, so customers are requested to provide a complete street address along with the correct PIN / ZIP code.
Shipments may be left at the door if no one is present to receive the package or if the doorbell is unanswered. Our courier partners such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, India Post, Blue Dart, etc., may not always be able to provide a signed Proof of Delivery (POD).
To avoid delivery disputes, customers are requested to ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the time of delivery. Deliveries are generally made during the normal working hours of courier companies and may vary from country to country.
Transit Risk
Seedszen.com will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages after the shipment has been marked as delivered by the courier service.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Some courier companies charge penalties for incorrect shipping addresses where the address and ZIP / PIN code do not match. In such cases, the customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees.
Customers are requested to ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
If reshipment is required due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges.
In the Event of Delays
At times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier service disruptions, weather conditions, or logistical issues. While we make every effort to minimize delays, refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges will not be applicable due to such courier delays.
If we anticipate a delay in shipping due to an item being out of stock or any unusual delay in order processing, we will notify the customer in advance.
Return & Refund Policy
We are committed to providing quality products with maximum value for money. However, we maintain a strict No Returns and No Refund Policy once the order has been shipped.
Customers are requested to carefully review product details and confirm their order before making a purchase. Once the order is processed and shipped, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
